or 400 second wall sit and a 400 second plank

Wow to both!  I might be able to do a 400 second wall sit, but only if I had a stool the right height to sit on.  :P

Back in the beginning of NF, we had a move we called The Rolling Plank of Doom. Plank, then side plank, the reverse plank, then side, done without rest. I decided Saturday was a good day for the Planks of Doom. Man, I'd forgotten how tough those things were.

I had to look up reverse plank.... mad kudos to you for doing planks of doom. I think I'd break in half and fall over. :)

I ended up realizing how badly I need leg rest from all this dance I am doing soooo I did all the planking. WHEE PLANKING. I also decided I didn't feel like torturing myself by doing one long hold so I did in in minute and 30 second chunks. :)

A 6m40s plank is way past my imagination.

I'm not sure I can quite do it yet but I am certain I will get there (aerial is a lot like planking while also doing crazy shit and being upside down because you have to be actively holding your core the whole time.)

I know I could do a 3 minute one now if I wanted to, but it would be really really unpleasant (however I am thinking it might be like the crazy long wall sits from last challenge and I could keep going for longer? Because with those it pretty much got horribly uncomfortable by a few minutes in but once I was already there I was able to maintain unpleasantness for another 5+ minutes. Pretty much torture but I am stubborn!)

I think I'm going to be cooking something with mushrooms in the very near future. :)

Pull-up (and related things) are something I'm terrible at, and I don't have the time to try to do the amount of stuff I'd need to do this week to get to 500 points.

Thinking maybe some sort of pasta with mushroom sauce, for ease of preparation.  Though, we have a pretty good recipe for mushroom burgers and/or grilled portabello (sp?) "fries."  Hmm...

I'm glad I have the cape feather, because 500 rows sounds a little daunting. Especially considering I had never done bodyweight rows until today.

How many are you able to do in a set?

They are a little weird but I remember even when I first started out with zero upper body strength I was able to knock out sets of  at least 15 or so at once and those can add up quick!

Remember that you can vary the height of where you are rowing from, so if you are new to it start with a higher bar and worry about working your way to a lower bar over time as you get better at it!

I actually don't have access to any bars. The best I can do is improvise with a couple straps attached to both sides of a door handle.

It's hard to say how many I can do because with that set up my hands will start slipping or the straps will start digging into my hands. I can average about 5 to 10 in a row, and it's pretty slow going because I also have to fight that "I'm going to fall" feeling.

Current Challenge: Zeroh, stick to the routine!

That sounds like a really good start and way to build getting used to the feeling! :)

Ooh. I found someone did this variation where they used a sheet and their door and it looks like maybe it would feel a little more stable than wrapping around the door handle?

Just did chili.  1 pound of browned ground beef, a sliced onion, also fried.  Can of diced tomatoes, can of tomato paste, can of kidney beans, can of black beans.  A couple of pouches of the chili spice stuff.  Dump the whole thing into the crock pot.

Realized later I was supposed to post the picture, so did not take one.  I have an older picture where I did pretty much the same thing.

Rating:  Edible.  Cleanup is okay.  Feeds me for about two days.

I started mixing in some rows too. Starting to only be able to get in 2 band assisted chins per set and then 15 rows. Wheeeee!
