Here we go again. I just need to start caring again... I stopped while unemployed, so pro. 

 

Goals! Lets start out a little slow, just to get used to it.

Reading your challenge I realized that I don't have a calorie control goal, I need to go update that, thanks for the reminder.

Hey all! Thanks for the welcomes and the well wishes. =) I'm gonna go check around the forums.
Also thanks for the Fitbit follow!

I added to drink 4 cups of water per day. Is one water bottle. Should be easy.

Day 1 grade thing (5/5) 
1. BBW workout 1x wk (+2 STR) (1/1)
Report: 2x circuit, wall push ups & 15lb rows. Rest 30sec between. 2nd round was hard on the thighs. +18 broad jumps for mini. Go go red team. Warm up 5min elliptical. Cool down on bike.

2. ilovekickboxing 1x wk (+2 STA) (TBD)
Waiting until I get the rest of my work schedule to decide when to go
3. Gymnastics 1x wk (work allowing) if not +1 BBW (+2 STR) (Saturday only)
4. Eat better

  • 4a. Eat at least 1 serving of fresh veggies every day. (+3 CON) (1/1)

Had about 1/8th cup tomato and 1/8th cup mushrooms in my omelet.
Entire can of beets & TJs Vegetable Biryani

  • 4b. Eat about 1450 calories a day (+2 CON) (1/1)

254 for brunch - omelet.
866 for dinner - TJs Veggie Biryani, can o Beets, Glass of milk
300 Post workout snack - protein shake
Total - 1460ish not bad, I'll allow it.

Daily Calorie Composition: 42% from carbs, 32% from fat and 26% from protein

LG: Figure out how to live with new job:
I start training tomorrow and I am already having nightmares about ruining everything. I had a dream I tripped over the plug to the filter for all the fish tanks and broke it. Ridiculous.

I also want to keep volunteering at the SPCA like I started while unemployed, but I need to get the rest of my work schedule before working on that.

Monday woo. I was actually sore until thursday.. Lame

Work did not allow. If I manage to get to the gym/workout at home if i can find something to lift, before the end of the day I'll nab this one though. 


4. Eat better

Monday: Pass, Tuesday: Pass with Veggie Biriyani for lunch and salad for dinner, Wednesday:  I remember eating sushi..., Thursday: I had some Mushroom Ravioli that was bleh and I ended up probably not passing this day, Friday:Vegetable Curry for dinner... I'll call it a win, Today: Roasted veg dinner & potato gnocchi

After monday I didn't really keep track and I wouldn't remember now If I tried.

Definitely monday and tuesday and today, not friday, wednesday and thursday I cant remember so I'll mark them no. (likely 3 cups.)

I took it off yesterday and then forgot to put it on. So Monday-Thursday was fine. Not so much today and yesterday. 


Of all the days to forget the fitbit, I picked today, the first day of working the floor. 


Thing gets itchy.

Did all the computer training Tuesday and it was meh. I learned some stuff, but mostly its just overwhelming. I passed two of the exams I needed to (out of three apparently even though I wasn't eligible for he third? Whatever)


 


Today was my first day on the floor. The person who was supposed to be training me called out last minute so I got the "super crash course" and felt mostly confused the whole time. I did get the hang of catching crickets. Still not really good at catching fish. I also still -really- don't know enough to provide information on what is best for your pet without feeling .... like i might end up killing their pet if I say the wrong thing. SO that's fun. but at least I didn't hate my life at all today. Though I did forget to look at my schedule for the week before leaving among other things I'll try to remember when I get there tomorrow.
