No Srsl...) would stop hurting. I think I ran with the wrong shies for to long. It hurts when I jump on that leg. I can't continue my start-to-run and already downgraded from lesson six back to lesson 4. I hope I don't lose my progress...Decided to do my every other day cardio on my bike. Pullup and pushups.Now that doc has told me it's OK to ride the bike, I will do so tomorrow. I now feel safe to squat again too. It's still within an acceptable range, but I can do better.Today I noticed 2 large dimples in my bellyfat... I am melting!! Help help...
