TriTerrorTops Posted December 28, 2015 Report Share Posted December 28, 2015 Hi all I'm Terror, long time lurker - first time poster.I'm a roller derby player in the UK, and I've just been promoted to my league's A Team as of January, which is a really big deal for me. I've worked really hard on my skill and have started doing more Plyo/HIIT work recently - but my aim is strength (particularly legs and core), stability, agilty and explosive power.I've recently turned 30 and got married (yay me!) and work in a secondary school full time as a teacher. My Derby training is 7hrs a week spread over three sessions, 40 minutes drive away.
