charlomechfry
Solunaria, if you would like, you don't have to count anything for those first three days before you started with us. No sense in starting in a hole before you even get started. Also, if it doesn't fit in with your own challenge goals, you don't have to compete in all of the tasks in this challenge. It would likely leave you out of the running for The MAX, but better than taking on too much. Keep shining BRIGHT! Hansjay, just wanted to let you know that the nutrition task is the opposite as the other tasks when scoring. The others you gain a point for accomplishing them. For Nutrition, you only deduct points for eating anything on your personal 'off limits' list. 0 is the best score, and you could theoretically go beyond -100 if you were extremely gluttonous You set your own 'off limits' items. It can be as many or few items as you would like. Examples: my list is actually everything except paleo items basically; and I believe one of us (can't remember who) has a list of 3 items. It is at your own pace, main goal is to improve over time.Probably expanded on that more than necessary, but let me know if you have any other questions on this or anything else for the challenge. Bring us that ENERGY! How is everyone doing?!? Starting out strong? Everyone seems to be killin it in their challenges! I have a feeling we are going to be in a tight battle in here! I am killing it in everything except sleep and staying super motivated in my own challenge. Keep up all the hard work!! Quote Link to comment

Maggie-Miau
I made cornbread yesterday. My cornbread is typically comprised of cornmeal, water, and mayonnaise. Thought I, that "Mayo is just egg yolk, I'm allergic to egg white, this is fine" but the last time we acquired any mayo, it was a different kind than usual and the label lists 'whole eggs'. I almost did it anyway, but then decided to not and discovered that cornbread made with just water and meal is tolerable in soup but not really delicious. Will have to seek out alternative means of cornbreading. 1 Quote Matthew 25:34-40 Link to comment

Mayo was formerly one of my favorite things to cook with; biscuits, cornbread (though usually only when sour cream wasn't available) and even occasionally on fries.
