MAIN QUEST: Faster than my arrow? I think not. - Half Marathon Training

Today was a strength training day. I am currently hosting a little group with some of my Beachbody clients, so I am trying to use the program I am helping them all use (which is the On Demand online service for fitness video streaming), so I did Hammer and Chisel's Total Body Chisel, which was three round of three set of multiple areas. First arms, then leg, last sort of a mix of everything else. I probably could have gone higher in weight, but I like to go light when learning a new video in case I totally over guess and think I am Goliath.

 

GOAL 1 No, really, put that apple on your head... - Food Journaling

Everything is logged on both YouFood and MyFitnessPal -- I am about 400 calories under before my logged workout, and I know that means I underate today by a pretty good amount. Not what I am aiming for, but I don't want to eat 400 calories at 9pm and go to bed in an hour. That sounds like just as bad of an idea as not eating all my calories today.

GOAL 2 Avarosa guide me. - 6,000 steps a day

Currently at 4,500 and not going to get those last 1,500 in tonight. I should have taken a walk at work today during lunch, but it was such a f*%king crummy day that I just needed to bury myself in my work until I could go home.

 

GOAL 3 For the Freljord! - Declutter

No work here tonight.

 

GOAL 4 No One Escapes My Aim - Be a better friend

Sorry to hear things aren't going great, Kat.  Get through the day, and definitely consider that workout switchup.  Vent some of that frustration in a healthy, positive way!

Aw, I'm sorry about the work BS Kat :/ That's just the worst. I hope the situation either improves, or you find a better one soon.

We have a punching bag in our basement, and it's paid for itself several times over in therapy fees.

As for the resume, just focus on your accomplishments and be brief and to the point.  Hiring managers are inundated with resumes and make decisions fairly quickly.

Cross training day. Another shitastic day at work that is just getting more and more confusing and frustrating... And I did everything to talk myself out of my workout and to eat shitty... But I cam home and did TurboFire Low HIIT 20 AND 25... cause I wasn't done yet. Now I just want to nap... but I have to log in and keep working...

Everything is looking good today. I am rewarding myself with a beer tonight because I kicked freaking ass through some emotional crap that would normally have thrown me off my game entirely. Everything is in YouFood and MyFitnessPal. Now to go have a beer and start working...

At this very moment I am only 200 steps away. I will get 6,000 steps today. Cause if I don't I just didn't try hard enough.
