Neva
Main Goal: Not go shopping https://youtu.be/2EIFWjLYNWA?t=17s(The two gifs are basically this, I just couldn't find a single gif of this part.) I am getting too squishy to easily wear some summer clothing that was bought a size too small anyway. This is a size, not weight, goal. Goal 1: Routine-To bed on time-Out of bed promptly-Stretch-Push-ups-Wall Handstand This might seem like a big one, but stretch and push-ups are fairly habit-engrained now with going to bed not too hard. It is getting up that has gone to hell and I am starting a new job so getting up at 4am is necessary. The handstands I expect to be as easy to add as the push-ups were, maybe more so. Each item is worth 0.2 points, for one point per day, night being counted the next day. Goal 2: FitDo something for strength 3x a week. A walk, a core bww (leg lifts, hanging leg raises, crow, hollow hold), squats and negative pull-ups, archery, driveway snowboarding, or just trying something new (push-ups in the wall handstands?) would all work, just get in the habit of moving more. Specifics can be next month, now I need to learn my limits while working full-time for the first time ever. Goal 3: Consumption-1L water per day-1 good food choice (no seconds, skip a snack, fruit instead of junk food, . . .) per day Life: Never grow upKeep learning, even if it is only a quarter hour per day. Judged by days, not time. Piano, maths, anything . . . Motivation:I haven't done well in my last few challenges and with the new job I just want to keep from drowning. I have been reaching with goals too big or too many things, without room for the smallest thing to go wrong attempting to take advantage of not working full-time. That is over, and now I need to concern myself with just not doing nothing while being busy with work. Rurik Harrgath
I love it when a challenge has a ton of pictures and gifs to support the overall theme. Especially when that theme is a favorite animated flick like Brave. I intend to mix it up with a few sources, given that although Brave was the final straw in getting me into archery it is not a strong theme to the challenge. Quote Current Challenge Link to comment

What kind of bow? Mine is a youth long bow, 25# and 28" draw - nothing particularly special. Woah, this is so cool, Neva! I really like the Merida theme, and the fitness goal is very exciting. I am subbing.Thank you! I'll have some other animation gifs too, like this one from Higurashi: I got routine down today with pushups, handstand time, and stretching, but am clearly up too late tonight. Super tired, so no G2 and no L/study but I did okay with eating only one cookie (they were good!) with lunch and picking fruit, and I will finish my water before bed. I'll try for Brave gifs tomorrow, and maybe more Stein;s Gate instead of this creepy horror show. 2 Quote Current Challenge Link to comment

Neva
I drank only 0.5L of water today (well, unsweetened herbal tea), I was slow out of bed and night was a fail, but I did stretch, handstands, and push-ups. I need to get on the study goal, but I also need to shower, and sleep. I found some Brave gifs though! Food wasn't good today, too much and lazy crap choices. I wonder if making lunch for tomorrow today should count for today or tomorrow. I wonder if I will stay up long enough to get to it. I will try to get up a post with the point numbers tomorrow, along with more Brave gifs. 1 Quote Current Challenge Link to comment

What kind of bow? Mine is a youth long bow, 25# and 28" draw - nothing particularly special. Before my dad went on disability, he was making homemade bows out of the standard wood kit. Did all of the forming and heat-shaping himself. So I have a 35# (IIRC) sitting back at the parental units' house in my hometown. My sisters and I each had one made! 1 Quote [Level ??] Rurik, the Wayfinder Class: Gloomfall Gunslinger (Artificer/Gunslinger) BRUTALITY 11 | FINESSE 10 | VIGOR 11 | INSIGHT 14 | WILL 13 Equipment: The Alchemist greatcoat armor, Longshot adventuring rifle, Slicer & Dicer dual blades, with adventurer's pack containing an alchemist's kit. Do some research about restoration or maintenance just to be safe - it might need oil or something to bend instead of break after being in storage, whether or not it was stored with the string off. These gifs are adorable! Sleep is definitely high on the list! You can't recover without it! Keep hustling!Yeah, still feeling utterly drained leaving work, 1+ hours before getting home. I really want to be on second shift . . . and I will about the same time I get used to this one and will possibly (hopefully not) end up feeling the same for another several weeks (then go to someone's wedding in the day time and just keep up with the feeling of out-of-sorts sleep times). It really shouldn't be a big deal, but when my sleep is not on a regular schedule my headaches get worse and are less likely to go away. I wouldn't list it as a cause, just an aggravator. ------------------------- Wednesday: 1L water! Food . . . I'll give a point to yesterday me but today me just relied on yesterday me and then bought sale holiday candy. Maybe today me will go make a lunch for tomorrow me and earn a point. Routine was all good except getting out of bed quickly. I worked a little on piano Anki cards - making a deck with key images to staff note images. Quote Current Challenge Link to comment

Ate too much for dinner and I wouldn't really count not eating poorly before that a choice, as it wasn't really an option, but point for planning fruit or pepper for tomorrow's snack I suppose.
