I might adapt the goalposts if I find that 3L is just a ridiculous amount - plus we're going to get snow this week apparently! Snow needs warmth! I don't think 3L is "ridiculous," depending on the weather and your activity level. Even in winter, you'll obviously want to stay hydrated after working out (also the intensity of your workout matters, of course), but on your rest days, you might not need to drink that much, so don't think of it as a "failure" if you don't reach your goal every single day 1 Quote Link to comment
