Br0din Posted January 4, 2016 Author Report Share Posted January 4, 2016 Starting weigh in is 228.8lbs which is 9 lbs heaver than when I quit tracking in early Dec. and my waist is 37in which is 2.5in bigger than DEC.There may be a reason I'm wearing shorts every day and its not because the night shift makes my office 77deg every night.I'll post my "fat" picture from last challenge and compare it to my current pic and wish I was still lean as I was in NOV. I went nice and easy and did a 3x8 + 6 reps @ 245lbs. yeah, yeah, yeah... first day back after some time off, sucks. I didn't do 100% of my full workout to try and ease back in But I can't help to think that I eased in too lightly. I am trying something a little new by adding some omega 3-6-9 pills to the diet, see what that does for me. In another note of something that happened while I was away: I had some blood work done and the Doc said I had too much creatine in my system and it could damage my kidneys. I guess I have to start playing internet doctor again to figure out the effects.
