Can you touch your toes? Cause I can not. I would be interested to see if it really is possible to do the splits in 30 days if starting out not even being able to touch the toes.

P.S. I can't wait for the new Star Trek movie to come out!!

Ok, so you asked if I could touch my toes and right after I read the post I had to try it. Lol. :tongue: The answer is no, but I'm really close! Yay!

I have only been able to touch my toes at one point in my life (that I can remember), and this is not one of them times lol. I am most anti-flexible. I just think of it like that movie 'Rookie of the year'. My muscles are so tight and that is what helps me be as fast as I am!!

Getting closer to touching my toes!

 

In case that can be encouraging to you, in October I was 10 inch from touching my toes. In late November I could finally touch them. Now today I could touch them with my closed fist.

To remind me of stretching often what I did is to come up with this new funny weird idea to simply try to couch my toes every time I go to the bathroom while at work lol. It work well at making me stretch often that's for sure.
