Annyshay was raised on stories that her Gaffer told.  Folks in those stories had plenty of opportunities of turning back, only they didn’t.  Annyshay wants to be like the characters in her Gaffer’s stories.  Her own story started a few years ago as detailed in her Quest. She wants to be strong, wise, and compassionate.  Luckily, she joined the Rebellion and is working to become the hobbit she knows she can be.  For this challenge, she will focus on nourishing herself with the healthful habits that she continues to build and refine.

So, SO, SOOOOO proud of you for doing IS for a second round!  I'm thinking of giving it another shot in Feb or March when I get my basement set up as an exercise space.  I'm sort of eyeing Floor I already.  :playful:   Suppose I should actually finish IS first!

 

Love the 30 minutes of light goal.  My husband surprised me with an alarm clock that is a sun light.  It slowly glows brighter and brighter until I wake up.  I am digging it.  :moon:

I will still be doing IS in February, hehehe.  I am excited to get back on the wagon as I've been using the break for LAZY TIMES. Anyway, this is ze plan:

Step 3 - even more AWESOME

Actually.... I went back to my roots.  I will definitely need pics of the Triforce tattoo.  Did you find a way to incorporate a kettlebell?

It's not even close to done yet, but as soon as I have pics I'll come share them :D

Love the nourish-theme, it so fits with your personality of always seeing good in others and encouraging them (i.e. you are a nourishment to others). Great plan and goals! My light box makes my world so much happier.

Trying to wait patiently for it to get here.  Spending time with bright screens in the morning isn't quite the same, methinks!

That's the plan.  I believe non-sciency people would call them a practice or some such.  Not me!  The actual physical book came yesterday (I'd borrowed the kindle version from the library before and wannnnted it).  *bounce bounce*

Yay!  Real fellowship needed a shieldmaiden, clearly.  Thanks.  I definitely ate on a hobbit schedule yesterday.  Today, fewer meals!

Day 1

 

Nourishing Eating - received Eating the Moment, no screens while eating (even at work, booyah), however I was a biiiiiit too hobbit-y in my eating schedule ;)

Nourishing Movement - I AM SO EXCITED TO GET MOVING again.  Future nomenclature (2ISw1d1 = second time through, Integral Strength, week 1, day 1 - based on the days as written in the program since I'm planning to condense the first two weeks in order to be done before my next vacation to the British Virgin Islands).

 

Today was the assessment, 2ISw1d1.  Full details with videos (+ costume) to come.  ;)

 

Nourishing Sleep - spent 30 minutes in the morning with bright computer screens (light is en route), screens off at 8:03 (that's why the update comes today... sorry), fell asleep before 9pm

 

Keeping Track - behind on this at the moment... first day back from vacation and on a new rotation is always a bit nutty
