So here's my level 1 challenge Diet:Swap out one soda per day with black tea. I've been rearranging things so that tea is always within easy reach at home and the office.Make at least 7 meals per week at home. Since I'm in the habit of eating out for every meal, that's more or less a 50% reduction. Fitness:Walk at lest five minutes per day.
