I want to rename but don't know how as Smaug doesn't fit me as much as I thought it did at the time.I'll be posting here everyday as a way to interact with people and stay accountable. I'll post everything I can. If you guys want to ask questions you can. If you want to make suggestions and comments feel free. I welcome criticism and advice. Don't be to harsh on me as I am new but I hope to talk to you all more. Like I said ALL comments, questions and suggestions welcome! I did my morning curls (15.3lbs 4x15) Looking forward to my afternoon curls as they are going to be challenging (that's the whole point, muscle gain). I had a greek yogurt (key lime, yum). Got dressed and around and walked my nephew out to the bus. Feeling pumped to tackle the day! Smaug The Fierce Posted January 20, 2016 Author Report Share Posted January 20, 2016 Day 1: I would use profanity to scream to the hills of day ones success but alas I want to keep civil. The journey has only just begun although I feel it to be an epic one! Workouts = Smashed! I did some extra strength training as I felt it was too easy and I was loving the feeling. I'm addicted to the phrase "Just one more" I think I'm in love with free weights. I can't wait for surgery so it can be behind me and I can start doing some REAL stregth training. I'm a dude but Staci of nerd fitness is currently my hero. She looks GREAT and she does what she loves. I want to get in great shape but I also have to find the food I love. When I get the cash I'll take a cooking class to maybe start cooking some healthy stuff I can get behind. Diet is going to be my real challenge. Do to my lack of control on food budget I am eating way too many carbs. And I am lifting weights sporadically. Sorry about the hiatus I was battling with a depressive situation. I'm glad it only took me a week to get back on the horse (I will thank naruto and his ninja way for that help).
