Hi

So I have been eating healthy for three weeks now and have been working out for three weeks now. I love living a healthy lifestyle so far.

For workouts I have been doing Insanity, P90X and using the Nike iPod apps, especially Nike Boom. It's been a challenge but a good one. Finally ready to rid myself of the extra weight on my body. I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and I plan to CONQUER IT IN 2012!!!
