Brothern and Swolemadien,


 


When I started 4 weeks ago, this was my mental spot

But last Challenge I get back to fighting shape, but not close enough to where I want to be.

So, lets keep the momentum going


 


Fitness/nutrition


Q1: Gym all the time, but don’t be afraid to take rest days, don’t be afraid to take some days off if the lower back feels strained.  Snowboarding counts as a gym day



Q2:  Do Physical Therapy every day, even on days not going to the gym.

Q3:  Track all the foods and eat at a deficit.  Superbowl Sunday will be the reward day for this awesomeness.

Since it failed to post yesterday.  I would like to thank all the others that I didn't individually thank.

 

Weekend update:

 

Sunday:  hardcore shoulders and legs day.  My Back acted up and lost significant strength in my big toe.  Drugs + rest = wife yelling at me.  

Monday:  big bench day.  5x5 @ 275 working on my Touch and go's.  A Bro offered me advice on my bench.  Told me my arch was bad and that I was going too heavy.  I told him that's how powerlifters bench, and thanked him for his advice. Maybe he was hitting on me?

Nutrition was good.  I didn't go to Moe's with the wife and her parents, and I'm sitting around 220.8 lbs and 35.625" on the waist.  So, onward I go.
