Brutal Bears Keeps it Simple

Introduction

This challenge I am keeping it simple. I have been doing well with just lifting consistently and continuing to grow-so this time let's just keep it up. My work is at an insane 70 hours a week right now-so just keeping up is my main goal.

 

Goals:

 

Bear Form

My Epic Quest for this year is to start hiking and get up to a 5mile hike in before the end of the year. I used to hike when I was a kid, I'm talking like 13-16 years old. I love the outdoors but I'm not particularly athletic so I think this might be an outdoor activity I could get into. 

Long story short, I'm following your challenge and cheering you on! 17 miles!  :victorious:

Just do what you can and don't overwork yourself. I guess that's what you're doing. I just wanted to send you a reminder to make sure, you don't stress yourself about not keeping up with your goals 100%. Your workshedule sounds like a killer.

Wednesday 2-10-16:

I walked 3.3 miles and did a lower body workout.

Just an update: This week so far has been a total wash! I was looking at studying abroad in Belgium, working on my French, working on my promotion at work, working on my Term paper, and trying to work out; in short I crashed...I didn't sleep for 3 nights due to stress, ate like hell, stopped drinking water, and missed a few work outs. I am going to try and relax and re-balance for the rest of the week.

Wednesday 2-24-16 and Thursday 2-25-16:

I walked 4.9 miles and did an upper body work out. I'm starting to feel a little bit of balance in my life, I think I may be a little bit more responsive and a part of next challenge.

Friday 2/26-Sunday 2/28

I walked/jogged 18.2 miles, went on a nice hike, and I two lower body workouts. Nice...I'm ready to for a new challenge!
