Reset time

I have been back sliding since before thanksgiving and am in desperate need of a reset.


For this challenge I have decided to work on the following:


1. No eating out alone. Only for dates and other social engagements.


2. No alcohol or soda.


3. Add walking 2x per week for at least 30 minutes to the 2x per week Crossfit classes I have been able to keep up with.

I like your goals!!  I also take a xfit class twice a week.  It's so good - keep it up!!


if you need a little motivation to stay on track with the alcohol/soda goal this tracking form from darebee is kinda fun.  they also have great workouts too.  currently I'm doing the daily dare as part of my challenge and it's been great.
