I get mine unflavored and usually have it with flavored protein shakes or BCAAs. BCAAs aren't the greatest tasting, even the blue razz that I have. Same for butter, oil, mayo, etc. The difference between a 40g fat peanut butter sandwich and a 20g fat peanut butter sandwich is not as much peanut butter as most people would think. But you may not need to be that careful. Same for butter, oil, mayo, etc. The difference between a 40g fat peanut butter sandwich and a 20g fat peanut butter sandwich is not as much peanut butter as most people would think. But you may not need to be that careful. I only the other hand love any excuse to pretend I didn't just put a godly amount of PB on my bread. When I re-started my MFP log about one year ago, I typed in "Peanut Butter Sandwich" and it gave me an entry with 300 calories. A couple of months in, I realized that was a pretty small number considering a slice of bread was about 100 and a "serving" of PB was about 200. So I entered two slices of bread and 1 "serving" of PB for a total of 420. Then I checked my serving size against the jar of PB. The jar contains about 60 servings and it was taking about 30 days to go through it, so each swipe was 2 servings. Each slice of bread takes one serving. So now I enter my PB sandwich as 2 slices of bread and 2 "servings" of PB. The label defines 1 "serving" as 2 TBSP. Since mL > TBSP, this would be about 30 mL. That would mean I cover a slice of bread with 100 cm² with a 3 mm coating of PB. That would be about 1/8 of an inch and my PB sandwich would have about 1/4 inch of PB in it. So measuring out one "serving" would have saved me a few months of finding out.
