Day 70 - 08/05

 

Did Morning routine.

Did midday exercise.

Today was my day off, so I feel blissfulyl unproductive. Except it's not true because I advanced on quiet a few things.

Looking forward to evening routine.

Day 71 - 09/05

 

Did Morning routine.

Did Midday exercise.

It was difficult, but I managed to be fairly productive.

Looking forward to evening routine.

 

Workout: 

60s Plank

60s Side Plank (each side)

60s Reverse Plank

50s Boat Pose

60s Arch Hold

 

Box Squats: 6 - 6 - 6 

L-Sit Progression:  55s - 55s - 55s 

Half Push-ups: 8 - 8 - 8

Bent-Knee Inverted Rows: 8 - 8 - 8

Was decently productive, starting to get int the swing again.

Went swimming for 40 minutes.

Looking forward to evening routine.

Did Morning routine.

Did Midday exercise.

Was productive albeit not necessarily in the tasks that should have taken the most priority. I need to be careful with that, I tend to defocus from my main goals and I am not going to let that happen again!

I am here again - and for once, the hiatus has not been as big as one might think but only sort of started halfway across September and became stupid after that. I was just not posting here.

I've had a really, really crud summer and following year. I had a bit of a vent and a breakdown in my respawn forum but I will try and write a longer post once tho holiday madness is over and hopefully sooner. It's been a mess, a mess I learned a lot from, but nonetheless a mess.
