Here are my challenge goals!!Diet Swap out one soda per day with waterEat a vegetable with one meal every dayFitness Do at least 10 minutes of yoga everydayBodyweight Circuit at least 2x per weekLevel Up Your Life5 minutes meditation dailyKeep a clean house for the monthGrading: All challenges will use the following grading scale.90% - 100% - A80% - 89% - B70% - 79% - C60% - 69% - D0% - 59% - FEnd of challenge goals25 pushups,1 minute plankDrinking up to 3 bottles of water a day20 minute meditation 6 Quote Diet Progress 25% 50 Fitness Progress 18% 45 Life Progress 15% 70 Link to comment

Well I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old so its never going to be as clean as I want. Mainly as long as over 85% of my house is clean. Meditation is going really great, might start going for 10 minutes now. I missed a week of fitness classes but I'm determined to make them up this week. RainRiver Posted March 14, 2016 Author Report Share Posted March 14, 2016 Thought I'd post another update. Yoga is going a bit less than I'd like. I haven't gotten the chance to do it everyday and that makes me a bit sad with myself. The bodyweight circuits are going pretty dang good though. I did a 45 minute Tabata workout yesterday, then went to the gym with my friend and did another 30 minute workout. I'm extremely sore today lol. I plan on getting at least 30 minutes of yoga done today, I'm definitely going to need all the extra stretching. The water intake is going really well. I've managed to get in at least two bottles a day so far, hope to make it more here soon.Meditation is going good as well. I've gone from 5 minutes up to at least 10 so far. But I'm looking into another one s bit closer to where I'm at now.
