So last challenge didn't go as planned I gassed out at the end, but for good reason, I found out last month that I am pregnant :redface:. And this past week that 1st Trimester Exhaustion has set in something fierce. Running isn't even on my radar at this point, and with a week long family trip coming up, neither is a set & structured work out plan.

 

Quest 1- Keep Moving

30 minutes of any physical activity, walking, yoga, biking, strength exercise, you name it it counts

5 Days a Week

 

Quest 2- Break the Habit

Continue with no soda

 

Quest 3- Say NO to fast food

They say I will start get cravings, this hasn't happened yet, but I want to limit any possibly fast food runs to once a week

 

 

Life Quest-Building Better Habits

This is a continuation from last month but I don't think we've made as much progress as I'd have liked

So, clean sink before bed 5 days a week

Laundry put away same day its done

Deep Clean 2 Rooms by end of the month

Congratulations!!!!!

 

You may have healthy food cravings.  I wanted lots of veggies and salads ..... go figure!!!

Right now all I want is water, endless amounts of it. I've never been this thirsty in my life.

Yea - that's not uncommon either.  Pregnancy is an odd time.

 

Are you having fun with getting room and clothes ready for baby??

Monday

So I started getting sick on Sunday, laid in bed most of the day Monday, but managed to get myself up and moving to walk the dogs in the afternoon

Quest 1- Keep Moving- Took Dogs for a walk, almost died

Quest 2- I had a soda, Coke cures all things

Quest 3- I didn't have any fast food....

 

Tuesday

Quest 1- Not Today

Quest 2- No Soda

Quest 3- Got Mcdonalds French Fries, worth it

 

Wednesday

Quest 1- Walked around for 2 hours with my Bestie while shopping

Quest 2- No Soda!

Quest 3- No Fast Food

Good start!!!!  Soda is a tough habit to kick.  I switched to fruit flavored (no cal) seltzer when my tummy is "off" instead of my former stand-by, Sprite.

Week 1

So was doing good until we left for Vacay on Sunday

When we stopped at Wendy's and I had a coke

 

Quest 1-Keep Moving- 3/5

On Vacation still, so yeah no bueno on the eating

but man did I stay busy. We got home last Friday and I still feel like I'm recovering

Still battling morning sickness?

Oh yeah, but less actual getting sick, which has only happened once. More just constantly feeling like I'm going to throw up, all day.

Monday- Went on a nice walk with dh & the pups

 

Tuesday- I RAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not fast or long but I did it, so proud of myself.
