So week 2 has been ok so far. I climbed Monday and did a brutal yoga workout on Tuesday that bent me in ways I didn't know were possible. Yesterday and today were off days since I worked, had meetings, and had work dinners. I did a poor job of eating paleo today, but it is only going downhill for the next week with SXSW. My goal is to get at least 2-3 workouts next week along with all my socialization. Eating paleo will turn into being happy I get some fruits and veggies. 

 

I'm still taking time to meditate for 10 minutes each night and have been reading a ton lately. Nice stress relief time.

So it has been quite awhile since I posted. My challenge was really strong in the first two weeks and then not so solid in the last two weeks. I did work out my 180 minutes each week, but the paleo really suffered the third week and this weekend. We are gearing up for my sister's wedding next week and then all will be back to normal. My life goal is going to be to post in the forum at least 2-3 times per week.

 

Looking forward to getting back to a routine and improve on my yoga and climbing next challenge.
