Silmarilliane's Fourteenth Challenge

Hi hi

I'm more than likely not going to be around web-wise for much of this challenge but posting here so I HAVE TO DO IT. Will try and do some stalking of others but I apologise in advance if this doesn't happen.

I'm lazily copying my last challenge with some tweaks; my intention is to eventually get a set of challenge criteria that is sustainable FOREVERS and ideally without having to award myself points for doing them*

Dumbbells

Three times a week: 3x10 bicep curls, 3x10 barbell rows, 3x10 lateral raise, 3x10 military press

Points: 1 per successful day, 2 bonus for doing three times a week and an extra point if I get any more in (max 6 per week)

Pressups

Adding this back in as I've really dropped these. Have to do a mere five every morning.

Points: 1 per successful day, 2 bonus for all seven days (max 9 points per week)

Eatings

Mfp used to track calories.

Points:

<1900 = 3 points

<2000 = 2 points

<2100 = 1 point

<2200 = -1 point

<2300 = -2 points

2300+ = -5 points

Scorings

>100 points: I win at life

90-99 points: A

80-89 points: B

70-79 points: C

60-69 points: D

<60 points: I fail this challenge

*things I already do from previous challenges which are now routine:

- walk around five miles a day

- 10 minute jog every weekday morning (working on extending this)

- 2 minute squat every evening during tooth-brushing (working on extending this)

oopsss, sorry I didn't see this! Thanks for asking, it's been going pretty well though I'm super busy at the mo hence the rebellion absence. Hope you're well :)

 

Pleased to say I've stuck at jogging every morning without it being an official part of my challenge, woop!

A post-challenge update. So I ran this up to Friday and scored 76 points giving me a C and levelling up. I didn't include the Easter weekend, though if I did, I would have got 70 which is still a C. I've eaten so much food this last two days though...

 

During this challenge I got down again to my lowest ever weight (11 stone), and I think I've learnt a lot about getting good habits in, but letting myself have days off. I'm keeping a spreadsheet for the next challenge, which will be similar goals again but not sure if I'll post it on here due to my general lameness supporting other people (sorry fellow rebels).
