Shotokan Posted March 27, 2016 Author Report Share Posted March 27, 2016 This challenge wasn't a total success but it wasn't a failure either. I did get in some good workouts and I think I found something new to try, with the Dan John, workouts for the next challenge. My hip did cause some problems this time around but I think I can get it to cooperate with the foam roller and the lacrosse ball. I still need more stretching and meditation, a lot more meditation, but I wanted simple and this challenge was pretty simple. 1 Quote Doug In search of the ever elusive side thrust kick....
