There has been lots of ups and downs, but mostly ups. Last year I posted this: This year I am posting this: I have gained weight, but it has been stable for the last six months. But the biggest changes the past year has been on the inside. I've been battling depression and anxiety now for many years, and I am getting better at coping with life.
