At the time I was doing 75reps every morning, though my max rep sets were only 15.Disclaimer: I did not follow a prescribed program. I didn't eat until 9pm. I had planned on waking up in the afternoon and doing my DL workout. Sunday was bingey, but not too bad. Rookiebeotch Posted March 7, 2016 Author Report Share Posted March 7, 2016 I didn't reset PRs. But I only just started including my bodyweight in pullups. 405 was fatigue. I got in position, got tight, put maybe 70% strength into the bar, and that was the end of it. I stood up, super lightheaded. My blood felt thin at that point. I can only get good DL performance when my blood feels thick. MFP is asking to go pro to allow me to track macros. Free version is calories only. I haven't fiddled with it too much yet.
