9000lb OHP and 50rep 60%bw front squat.

Morning pullups. Something new about my OHP volume this workout...

Also, I got 155 up for the first time since my hiatus.

50 rep front squats nearly removed my ability to get around the apartment. I had to really pay a lot of attention to my legs during the contrast shower. My thighs changed shape temporarily, sort of like a localized Hulk transformation.

I woke up this morning to calf cramps every time I tried to stretch. Wtf?

daily pullups?

Of course.

I had great success with a PLP type pullups everyday progression a few years ago. At the time I was doing 75reps every morning, though my max rep sets were only 15.

Disclaimer: I did not follow a prescribed program. I only applied the core concepts to my dynamic and auto-regulated routine. Waldo can hate if he wants.

Weekend update.

I liked the extra sleep I got on Saturday, though I didn't like how I handled the dietary change. I didn't eat until 9pm. I had planned on waking up in the afternoon and doing my DL workout.

Sunday was bingey, but not too bad. I enjoyed TWD and I am excited about how the show is doing all these major thing from the comics. To be honest, I am most excited on Sundays for catching up with Better Call Saul.

Anyone got a good macros tracking app? My Fitness Pal wants lots of money.

Saturday. Late morning pullups,then an unplanned rest day. Slept a lot.

Skipped carbs as well. Ate a keto meal of sausage and eggs more suited to my lack of workout day's activity.

365 pounds x 7 reps points to a very high 1RM.  Is the 405 pounds x F psychological, fatigure - or are you bailing for a different reason?

I didn't reset PRs. But I only just started including my bodyweight in pullups.

405 was fatigue. I got in position, got tight, put maybe 70% strength into the bar, and that was the end of it. I stood up, super lightheaded. My blood felt thin at that point. I can only get good DL performance when my blood feels thick.

MFP is asking to go pro to allow me to track macros. Free version is calories only. I haven't fiddled with it too much yet.
