Reporting for duty after unannounced leave of absence! My computer was temporarily inoperable due to moving shenanigans. I'm back in the swing of things (in theory). I haven't worked out this week due to craziness, but I'm off tomorrow and shall report in with progress! It seems like we're both having a rough time getting back into the swing of things, but dammit, that won't stand!

But I need to pass out now...

You know what I did while watching some vampire battling? Some pushups. And then a bunch of squats.

Pushups: 30 (1626)

Squats: 40 (2265)

Rows: 17 (756)

Lunges: 40 (1809)

Planks: 120 (5107)

Blahblahblah - still not managing to do two sets. I'm dripping into the carpet in an alarming way. Regardless, my imaginary sidekick got me to do the workout today with some cutting remarks regarding my laziness.

Yar! Running day! I'm bad at that now too, which is amazingly disappointing, but since tomorrow is my first day on the job, I did a little body weight stuff, too.

Push ups: 31, 15 (1673) (I really wanted to stop at 28 on the first set, but I had to beat you)

Squats: 45, 23 (2051)

Plank: 79, 49 (5005)

Dips: 0 (1083)

Lunges: 30, 10 (1696)

Sweat shall not stop me! Had to at least try to start a second set. I haven't set up a place for dips yet. I need to figure that out. I found some old numbers and deducted a bit from squats and lunges. They're still a guess, but they're a little more right.

I feel it - it hurts, ow ow ow.

In short, I'm going to do some serious time sweating into the carpet tonight.

I got through most of my second set and then got that 'nauseaus, somewhat dizzy, angry head' feeling and decided to opt out of the second set of lunges. Regardless, I did it!

Sorry. :-/ Got distracted/failed at getting things done in my new schedule. New strategy: wake up at the ass crack of dawn and make sure its the first thing I do!

Yesterday was another low on time day, plus I just wasn't really energetic about it.

I have tomorrow off, so I'll have more time. But, to put up serious numbers, I need to get over some soccer soreness, haha. Man it feels good to be active again :D

I don't know about you, but I've been in the mindset of "yeah, I should be working out, but I'm busy." Terrible mindset, and though I have been incredibly loaded down with things to do relative to my last 6 months, I really needed to get out of it. Fortunately, today I happened across

. I don't know if you care at all about college football, but it hit something inside me. So, I did what I could tonight. Terrible habits over the past month have killed my strength, but it just means I've got another chance to start over.

Pushups: 15

Squats: 52 (one legged squats FTW!)

Plank: 100

Lunges: 44

Rows: 31

Don't have the totals. Frankly don't care right now after already being wasted from work. Just had to do *something.*

Numbas! Hard to do more than a set with the time I have on days I work (12 hour shifts + unfortunate commute = work + sleep :( ). However! I did get one in this morning.

Rows: 30

Unimpressive, but its something, I guess.
