Genryo's first challenge

I am looking to get in shape and lose weight so i can have more energy! Here are the challenges i am going with:

 

  • Diet
  • Reduce fast food consumption by 50%
  • Take one processed snack you have each day and replace it with a healthy protein, fruit, or vegetable
  • Fitness
  • Walk every day (5 minutes) - this could even be in the form of standing up at your desk and walking around the office.
  • Level Up your Life
  • 5 minutes meditation daily

 

Hopefully this is just the start of a new healthy lifestyle!

First Weekend on the new plan went great! I used Friday evening to polish off some of my junk food but Saturday and Sunday was nothing but non-processed foods. I walked both days, meditated both days, and didn't order in at all.

 

Feeling good about this so far! Looking forward to moving forward =D

Congrats on mastering the weekend!!!  Those are actually my WORST challenges.

For next weeks challenge i am going for:

 

  • Diet

  • Take all processed snacks you have each day and replace it with a healthy protein, fruit, or vegetable
  • Fitness
  • Walk every day (5 minutes) - this could even be in the form of standing up at your desk and walking around the office.
  • Do basic weight lifting every day (at least 1 set)
  • Level Up your Life
  • 5 minutes meditation daily

 

Continuing my progress toward eating better and added some weight lifting!
