So I've been part of nerd fitness on and off for years but I've been off for.... A couple years? Life got hectic and stressful and so much upheaval but life is calmer now and I NEED to get back into caring about me. 

 

First st step is sleep patterns. Then exercise. Then eating. 

 

But I digress. Hoping to jump back in quickly but I'll take it how it comes.

Life gets SERIOUSLY RIDIC sometimes, right?!?!  It's so easy to get knocked off track, I can't count the number of times it's happened to me too.  Ugh.  You can do it though, one habit at a time, and sleep is an awesome one to start with. ^^

Tell me, if you had the strength to take another step, could you do it?
