I found for myself the most interesting part of this so far has been the post-challenge retrospective. What went well, what didn't go well, what could be done differently? lucky fire dragon Posted May 3, 2016 Report Share Posted May 3, 2016 sorry about the long silence I struggled keeping up with posting in between too and totally failed at supporting many of the wonderful people here - am in utter awe how consistently you updated as is! Your insights sound good and I'm glad you're allowing some nap times again, didn't want to throw you off when skipping was a goal, but I often feel a lunch/afternoon nap can be a life saver for both me and those around me, when there is lots of work and time gets forgotten in between for instance... don't need one every day, but then and again, sooooo good!! So yay for you having that option again Maybe you could set a timer and then kick into the rest of your day with your dance party? I love how you pulled that one through, totally awesome! Posting things here, you're already tracking elsewhere can be boring, but can also complete the picture a bit better and show what is going well and you are already taking for granted. On the other hand fewer goals are so much easier to track and post on... whichever way, you can't go wrong I think you did super this challenge and you should really go celebrate all those green victories and workouts Excited to see you next round again! Would like to promise better support.... but am afraid it might fluctuate again... Thank you for the support lucky fire dragon and Dreamspin! I wasn't as good about supporting others as I would have liked either. It's hard when one of your goals is limiting social media! I'm SOOO glad I've put naps back in my life. I've gotten better about not just zonking out for two hours/hitting snooze a bazillion times. If I'm feeling extra sleepy I have been putting the phone/alarm across the room which is super annoying but does work. Good idea about doing dance party to get back into the day!
