Week 2 - Tuesday

 

5-minutes handstand practice

 

A shorty workout

Pull-ups 5 / 5*

Push-ups 10 / 10

Air squats 15 / 15

Dips 5 / 5

 

*First time in a long time that I've gotten in 5 reps in a set.

 

Vegetation with dinner, and 

 

30 minutes stretching

 

All four goals addressed.

Well April has been full of crud. I have been out of town or entertaining out-of-town family every weekend this month. Loads of travel and stuff.

I got two workouts, and three veg. servings in week 3.

 

I'm just going to do a hard reset on this challenge and reboot for May. :apthy:

Tough month. :( Sometimes all you can do is pick yourself up, dust yourself off and continue to put one foot in front of the other.

 

Good on you for recognizing the difficulty and choosing to plan well for the future anyways.

Got in 3x5 of chin-ups, push-ups, dips, and air squats today. Just keeping my self accustomed to these movements after days of idleness. 

I'm watching the forums to see when the next challenge comes up so I can copy and past this challenge to the new one.

 

On another topic, discovered The Glitch Mob today, and purchased one of their albums as well as the Tron Remixes album. This is going to go into my workout rotation.
