What are you making us?  and will you have your pants on?

Spotted Dick. That's the answer to both questions.

Sorry if this has been shared before. It made me giggle.

LOL

This one actually happened to me

On my graduation my teacher asked me what I was going to do now. I answered: I have some laundry to do at home (and yes, I was dead serious, it wasn't until everyone started laughing before I understood what he actually ment by that question)

Well, wrapping up this challenge with a little bit of drama. I found myself at A&E early yesterday morning. Woke up on Saturday feeling a little bit queasy, but got on with my day regardless. By about 8pm Saturday evening, I was starting to get that trapped wind-type pain that hits me every few months. Took some windsettlers, had a hot bath and an early night. Around midnight, I was still tossing and turning, trying to get comfortable. The pain got progressively worse over the next few hours, and I alternated between trying to sleep, and repeated hot baths to see if the cramps would ease off. They didn't. By 6am, I couldn't take any more, and headed to hospital. They took some blood and urine, x-rayed my chest and abdomen, and checked me out for gallstones (which was my primary concern, having seen SWFS go through that and having to have her gall bladder removed). They didn't find stones, but my bloods were indicating some form of infection/inflammation in that area. They gave me some IV antibiotics, painkillers and anti-spasmodics, and I eventually got home around lunchtime with more painkillers and anti-spasmodic tablets. Spent most of the afternoon in bed, catching up on sleep, and the evening on the couch dozing and watching TV. Thankfully, I'm still off work until tomorrow, so I've got today to rest up and recover. I'm still very tender on the right side of my abdomen, so I'm enforcing a week zero this time around but reserving the right to work out lightly later in the week, health permitting, and hopefully be able to start a new challenge next Monday.

Oh no! Sorry to hear you've been so sick. Definitely rest up, this is the best ever reason for a week 0.

Feel better soon Scotty.

Sounds like a rough night.  That's the best reason to partake in a week 0. Hopefully the meds do the trick and you'll be ready to kick some ass when the challenge starts.
