Ok, so I'm not allowed to make edits to posts.  OH I LOVE THIS NEW SYSTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEM SO MUCH.

 

Because of that - I can't post on the 1st page so Week #2 is going here.

This week's mini is about rest and relaxation.  There are two options:

1) Rest- make sure you get the required amount of sleep and go to bed at a stable bed time.

2) Relaxation- If #1 is already done and not an issue; 10 minutes of meditation.  You could kill two birds with one stone and meditate right before bed at a reasonable time.

Mini 2 - I will focus on sleep, though I freely admit last night I failed at that cause I was so caught up in my book.  I have yet to not be annoyed at attempting to meditate, so sleep it is.

I have been sleeping very well this week after having a lot of trouble with it last week. Yay mini completed! It's also a part of my challenge ^_^

 

Oh! On a side note I've just started "Effective Oral Communication" (yes it's required for my diploma), and we have several presentations which I am terrified of doing. The first was tonight and my topic was how we need to start things we suck at (inspired by one of Steve's articles). Kind of a kick in my own butt for getting better and hopefully inspiring my classmates to try something that's been holding them back, but for the first time in my life, I volunteered to speak first!
