Goodness! It always seems that as the challenge goes along, I get later and later with posting my results. Sigh. Here, finally, is Week 3. Week 4 to follow.

 

Battle Log: Week 3 (April 17-23)

 

Food

1. Eat Fatty Fish 1x /Week:1/1 = 5 PTS

Done!

2. Limit Sugar to 2x /Day: 2/7 = 2 PTS

Not great. BUT, I actually a full day in here with NO sugary treats whatsoever. I KNOW!! I was shocked.

 

Fitness

3. Work Out 3x /Week: 3/3 = 3 PTS

I actually got in four this week, since I have started once-weekly swimming lessons.

4. Add Mountain Climbers, Squat Thrusts, and Get-Ups: 1/3 = 1 PT

Got in some squat thrusts, which I actually quite like.

 

Life

5. Work 5+ Hours /Day (Mon-Fri): 5/5 = 10 PTS

Done! It makes a huge difference in my life when I come in to work every day. Even if I don't get much done that particularly work-related, I at least keep up better with things like bills, emails ... all those dumb things that just take so much management and that I always want to put off. Plus, when I'm sitting around at work, there's only so long that I can dither around with that crap before there's nothing else to do but actual work. :)
