endudance training heeellp

Well Iv been a member sunset last march but just made a new profile ..

anyway hey all I'm going to be starting school within the next few months hopefully taking expeditionary studies and going to iwls which means mountain climbing ice climbing search n rescue scuba diving eeeeveeerthiing to do with outdoors its insanely ill be going all of the world learning..(provided I get accepted in to the school that is)

And my fingers are crossed.

but I would like some suggestions as to what type of endurance teaing I can do I have no access to a gym or pool and very few of my own tools.I'm not completly new to physical demand I was a marine but still would like some input.thx all.

Ps mybad its so long lol.

Tabatas are supposed to be great. There's 2 articles on them on the main site. I can't handle them yet, whoop my ass.

I consider myself to be in pretty good shape, and I can attest that tabatas are a hell of a workout. You can do them with just about anything (mountain climbers, tuck jumps, and basic sprints come to mind) and you get a lot of work in a short amount of time. That being said, don't neglect some longer training sessions--they give you a good feel as to how you're progressing, and let you get used to a workload over a longer period of time.

amounts of effort but contribute nothing to achieving the task.
