Week 4 recap:  Well this week kinda went to hell in a handbasket. Not a total fail, but not what I wanted it to be.  Due to last weeks 11 mile hile, took a couple days off to heal a pulled calf muscle. Along with that, had several nights of no sleep. So basically I didn't get any extra workouts in.  Did get my 10,000 daily steps, and tracked most of my food intake.  Stayed close to my goals there, a tick over, but not too bad.  So here we are at zero week, and I may just keep n keepin' on, since I was a slug last week. Hmmmm.  We'll see, eh?

Sorry to hear about week 4 but it sounds like you still accomplished quite a bit!  I plan on keeping on my goals for "week 5" too.  We might as well, lol.  I'm looking forward to the next challenge already.
