Goal one: Continue to drop weight to get below the magic 202 number the Coast Guard wants me at, that's only 3 more pounds. Goal two: Continue to cut out the extra sugars my body doesn't want. (Had a donut today and my body went bonkers with the extra sugar) Goal Three: Continue to meditate once a week, been doing this since i started last months challenge and it has helped me with the stress of the impending transfer and Home buying. I am back from my house hunting trip and have an offer in on an amazing home for my family just waiting for the appraisal to go through. As for my goals well had 3 pounds creep back on but that's not to bad when you are living in a hotel for a week. Myrik Posted April 24, 2016 Author Report Share Posted April 24, 2016 Good Morning fellow rebels it's time for another update. As of this morning I weighed in at 202.4 pounds, putting me within Coast Guard weight requirements. I have stopped doing the guided meditation and take a few minutes everyday to try and clear my mind using meditative breathing, and it's been great. As for the sugar I have been doing really well with cutting that back even more. I have the occasional piece of dark chocolate or an ice cream sandwich. That is tough trying to regulate your diet when having to transition to a new living situation, I'm guessing it means more eating out not to mention the additional stress of house hunting. It feels great, time to push for the next goal 195lbs. Goal One Completed Goal Two mostly completed, still enjoy ice cream from time to time. Goal Three completed; I know do meditation and stretching in the same time frame. Throw on some relaxing "zen" music and take my time slowly stretching and focusing inward as I do. Feels great.
