I have finally started heavy lifting! (and I'm a girl :D)

I have been doing body weight exercises for a couple months now and have seen a lot of progress (I can do 10 full pushups now, YAY!) But I keep reading Staci's story again and again (seriously, been reading it on repeat for years) and I finally feel ready to tackle the world of power lifting. I came to the realization that nothing makes me feel better than lifting. Cardio is ok, but I prefer to get it in the form of a Farmer Walk! 

 

I can't wait to start seeing some real results and ROCK my wedding dress in September!
