Hello my fellow Nerds!

 

I just entered this Rebellion today (well, I did get the Emails for a while, but...) and thought it might be handy to have a third place to keep track of my days.

First would be my Fitbit (Alta), second a piece of paper I use to write down my daily things I got done, and third this.

 

So, let's start with today, 11pm:

 

1. I'm at 15.100 steps for the day, putting me at 10.7 Kilometers

2. I ate about 2000 calories (stupid cake I couldn't resist, damn hormones...)

3. I drank about 2.150ml

4. By now I've burned 2.714 calories (putting me 311 over the recommended daily goal, stupid cake)

5. I attended my Fitness-kickboxing class which went on for an hour and is my newest thing. Was only my third time but I am totally in love with it.

6. Slept 8 hours and 40 minutes last night, so that's good.

7. Oh! 163 Active Minutes :) Just the class and Walking.

 

Sounds like a good day, except for the food. Stupid chocolate cravings. Thank god it should be over tomorrow or on Thursday. 

 

Time for a nice, hot shower now :)

Another day and it was a pretty cool one. 

I took my work out clothes to work and actually beat the hunger and tiredness. 

I went to the gym for 45 minutes and lifted weights for the first time! I feel amazing. 

 

1. Drank 2 liters today

2. Ate  1.661 calories 

3. Slept less than 7 hours, not good 

4. Did 10.720 steps

5. 7 kilometers

6. 100 active minutes

7. 2.600 calories burned

I had to be early at work today to help out with a visit from some translators. 

 

So I didn't get to do my usual Friday morning routine which threw me off for the whole day...

 

1. Ate 1.682 calories and drank 2 liters of water 

2. Walked 11.057 steps, that's 7.35 kilometers 

3. 40 active minutes 

4. Burned 2.647 calories 

5. Slept 7 hours

So, yesterday I took a day off. Only 4000 steps and I didn't eat well at all. 

But today was better. 

 

12.200 steps, 8 kilometers, 2.000 calories (bit much), 2.100 milliliter, 22 active minutes. Burned 2.740 calories and slept almost 7 hours. 

 

I also signed a work contract and had fun at work.

Weekend was a bit...

I did 13k steps on Saturday, but didn't count on Sunday. Didn't count calories either.

 

Anyway, new day, new week, one week without Pizza!

Also: Since Friday, 6 people told me I lost weight! Yay!

 

1. 10.115 steps

2. 6,7 km

3. 2.550 calories burned

4. 7 hours of sleep

5. 24 active Minutes

6. 1.388 calories eaten

7. 2 liter of water
