Medicine Ball

OK, so as a new addition to my workout routine, I'm going to try training with a medicine ball. I used to think they were gimmicky things, but having thought about it, they seem like a fun and different way to exercise. At the same time...there's a ton of different forms for them. I'm going to use them to practice my grip training.

 

What do you guys think?

I have been thinking about getting one, just to switch up my routine once in a while and make it more fun. Check out YouTube, search for medicine ball, lots of cool workouts to follow. My plan is to try a few of the movements with Dumbbells to check the weight of the ball I want to get.

I love medicine balls! I love to hate wall balls, med ball slams are a great release for frustration, and sit-up shots with russian twists rip your core up.
