Urgan Posted April 19, 2017 Author Report Share Posted April 19, 2017 4/18/2017 Me at about 3 Lift Rest day. Feel like slug day. Recover Mag Supp - 13/28 Aikido Bokken - 3/4 Words Writing - 2/4 1. Survive to see Friday evening. 2. Go to the gym on Friday morning like I stick to commitments or something. 3. Write something before 7:30 on Sunday. 4. Follow up with recruiter. DONE I gave the old spit-shine to some "creative writing" that has half a chance of improving my life. We'll see. Some minor BS at work followed by 4+ hours of nothing to do. I made a grocery run for the 4th meal of the week. 18 eggs were cracked this day. Scrambles are life (1lb sausage, 12 eggs, 4oz sharp cheddar, 2 zucchini). Doesn't get easier, which is good because wow are Tuesdays hard. What I wouldn't give to cut my commute in half. But I adulted so hard, I didn't sit down to rest/be lazy 'til after 9. Hopefully it will do exactly what you need it to do. Yay for doing all the adulting! I know how thankless it can be to do the grocery shopping and cooking. I hope that swinging bokken helps take out some of your frustration. If you do it right, swinging a sword works your core, not your arms.
