Walked 39.41 miles over the four days and actually got one workout in! They were even playing his workout shows and supplied similar chairs so you can follow along. It was super fun and I didn’t track food and I’m sure I gained a million pounds but I haven’t weighed myself yet – why do that to myself?! My feet/calves were super swollen yesterday from all the walking and the flight but are feeling better today. Compression socks or legging are supposed to help that right? I should get some before Europe trip. I did partake in the at-work things. all for 1 min: 3 planks sitting forward fold wall sit downward dog butterfly sitting forward fold totally forgot to do mobility last night. Was doing weekly food prep: chicken sausage/egg casserole; salsa chicken thighs; and a big batch of green smoothie. CourtnieMarie Posted May 11, 2016 Author Report Share Posted May 11, 2016 W1D3 – Tuesday Goblet squats 5x50# 5x65# Front squats 3x85# 3x100# 4x115# Bulgarian split squats 2x10x65# these were unfortunate. halfway through the second leg of the second set I fell to my knee and had to have the SO come over and take the weight off the bar. combo of tired, feet/calf soreness, and lack of calories on Monday probably didn’t help. lying leg raises 3x10x5# plank 30s side planks 30s each throughout work day: 3 planks @ 1min 2 chair poses @ 1min side planks @ 45s each lunge holds @ 1min each got in mobility while cooking dinner and doing laundry. *lifting 1/5 *mobility 8/30 *cals 1,668 (2,934/9,600) CHO/FAT/PRO = 100/82/141 slept in with the SO this morning to celebrate our 6 year anniversary haha! Ditto. The BF had an old backpack that I can use. There isn't much in the way of shoulder strap padding. So it will probably only do me for lightweight rucking. BUT all the liquid calories. i bet a butterbeer is 500 at least and then many boozy beverages. i did often sub out any juices in a mixed drink for soda water and created some great concoctions. it got me funny looks from the bartenders, but they were good! and plenty sweet with things like triple sec, etc. in it. my friends said i should start a drink blog where i tell people what to order when traveling to different places! hahaha 11 hours ago, SevenofSeven said: Happy Anniversary!
