I didn't realise this is what you were asking! But they used to say for each challenge there were a total of 15 stat points available for you to attribute as you see fit. For 100% I would award the whole 15, scaled down as relevant for less that perfect performance and I would stack to points towards where I have made the most improvement or effort. For example, my mileage and lifting goals were good last challenge so I gave more points to STA and STR. I also learned a lot so I gave myself extra WIS points. Oooh, yees. That makes perfect sence! Ok, then I think I know how to do this! Thank you so much! I'll try to write up some kind of nifty summary of it all and then move on to the next one. 1 Quote Link to comment

I updated the post where I explained the stats to explain the overall level too, just in case you missed it. Quote If it's not siesta or fiesta, I'm not interested. Urgh, ok, I'm stoopid. But where can I find that? I feel like a complete n00b sometimes it's insane... thank you for your patience! Quote Link to comment

I am currently on my 21st challenge, but we used to gain 2 levels with our first challenge and I failed one of my challenges so I am level 21. ^ It's just that bit there. So if you feel you passed this challenge, you would level up and become level 3. And for example, if you felt you achieved 2/3rds of what you set out to do you might want to give yourself 10 stat points. Since you did a race this challenge, maybe it would make sense to give some of those to STA (stamina) and STR (Strength) and maybe CON (constitution) and since you had a lot going on with the move but still achieved a lot, maybe it would make sense to give some to DEX (dexterity) and perhaps CHA (charisma). If you felt you learned some lessons, maybe give a point or two to WIS (wisdom). This is just an example, how you decide to spread your points out is entirely up to you! 1 Quote If it's not siesta or fiesta, I'm not interested. So...how do I go about this if I managed to pull this off to 75%? Like moving was no problem but food was a big issue for the last week of the challenge. Does that mean I still made it or is it an automatic fail considering my goals? Quote Link to comment

Does that mean I still made it or is it an automatic fail considering my goals? I don't think it's a fail. I would only give myself a fail in very extreme circumstances because lets put this into perspective: yes, you may have struggled regarding your food goals for the final week, but how did you do before that? Moving house is stressful and nobody will have enough time to cook healthy homemade food. Eating out a lot during a move is definitely the norm, you have bigger things to worry about than making sure you hit your food goals. But how many points you give yourself for the food part of it would depend on how you did in the remaining weeks. You could either consider the last week a complete bust and just give yourself the other three weeks (giving you 75% of the grade for this goal) or you can give yourself a little credit for the fact life was throwing you a curve ball and maybe boost your score a little, or just give yourself the extra credit on another stat point. So if you wanted to give yourself the points for your food goals in CON and CHA (it's up to you where you really put them, this is just an example) and you decided that you wanted to give 4 points to each for 100% and you got 75%, you can either give 3 points to each, 2 points to one and 4 the other, or put them somewhere else to reflect that yes, you could have done better, but you have learned some coping strategies or you didn't do as badly as you were expecting in the final week. Whether something is an automatic fail or not is completely up to you and what you expect from yourself and the goals you set. But my suggestion would be to be kind to yourself and don't penalise where you don't need to. It's rare any challenge is a complete fail. As long as you keep your goals in mind and are working towards bettering yourself in one way or another, you can consider the challenge a success. 1 Quote If it's not siesta or fiesta, I'm not interested. Adrianne
So this is long overdue as hell! But I'm going to write it down anyways. HAH! So there! As you can se above here the challenge wasn't a 100% success but it wasn't a fail either. I've been thinking about it and I will give myself a 75% success. I was in the middle of a move and all our stuff was packed down so cooking wasn't happening. Regarding food I did try to stay as clean in my eating as possible but that only lasted me a few days and then, due to the lack of sleep and the high amount of stress, I fell back into the sugary trap that used to be my poison of choice. I'm still batteling to get out of that, but all in due time. Regarding running I did 2 times per week the whole period and also one crossfitsession each week. So that was a total win! Working out is fun! I'll be laying low a bit now on challenges again I belive, I'll stick to my main quest. But as for points and lvls I will award myself as follows: 1 lvl achieved for not totally messing this up. 11 points gained due to 75% awesomeness. Points alloted: 4 to STR (crossfit, duh, and all them boxes up and down them stairs...urgh) 4 to STA (again...running up and down stairs and lack of sleep, pushing on bruh!) 3 to WIS (because I'm never doing this again unprepared! EVER! Learn from the misstakes) 2 Quote Link to comment

You kept up your exercise habit and you learned some good lessons in the process. I'll continue to follow your progress in you battle log, keep up the good work and momentum! 1 Quote If it's not siesta or fiesta, I'm not interested.
