Project: Rebirth

 

CLASSIFIED

 

After successfully completing phase 2 of the project Rebirth (see file: Project: Rebirth, Subject: Allycat2407, Phase: 2), subject Allycat2407 will be entering phase 3. This phase will commence on Monday May 9 and will end on Sunday June 5. The starting weight as measured on Monday May 9 was 96.0 kg (212 lbs). There will be weekly weigh-ins on Monday morning, with a final weigh-in on Monday June 6. 

 

During this phase, the subject will be working toward the following objectives:

  • Dietary objective #1: Eat snacks and/or drink alcohol on no more than 2 days a week (and only at social events).
  • Fitness objective #1: Engage in physical exercise 6 days a week (no more and no less).
  • Fitness objective #2: Complete NerdFitness beginner body weight circuits at least 3 days a week.
  • Level up your life objective #1: Get 30XP per day on DuoLingo for learning Spanish.

 

Subject is expected to keep track of weekly progress in this file.

I really love your theme. I am still trying to develop mine. One day. One day. 

 

Your goals are great! I really need to reduce snacking as well, but that will need to be the focus of another challenge.

The first week is done, so here is my official progress report.

  • Dietary objective #1: I actually only had 1 treat day with social events instead of 2. I did have half a treat day where I didn't really drink alcohol, but had a sip of two different drinks and some nuts. A 
  • Fitness objective #1: I engaged in physical exercise on exactly 6 days. A
  • Fitness objective #2: I did strength training 3 times. A
  • Level up your life objective #1: completed the homework every dayA
  • Starting weight: 96.0 kg (212 lbs)
  • Final weight: 94.8 kg (209 lbs)

  • Fitness objective #1: I engaged in physical exercise on exactly 6 days. A
  • Fitness objective #2: I did strength training 3 times. A
  • Level up your life objective #1: completed the homework 6 out of 7 daysB
  • Starting weight: 94.8 kg (209 lbs)
  • Final weight: 94.5 kg (208 lbs)

The third week is done. It was very hard, because I had a lot of appointments, even some across the countries.That meant lots of travel, little sleep and very little rythm. So it was a relatively poor week.

  • Dietary objective #1: I actually only had 2 treat days with social events and I smuggled in some small treats on other days. Plus, on the last treat day I ate more than I wanted to. Snacking in a "I eat it because it's there, not because I like it" type of fashion. F 
  • Fitness objective #1: I engaged in physical exercise on only 4 days. C
  • Fitness objective #2: I did strength training only two times, but I also swam once, so I count that as 2½. B
  • Level up your life objective #1: completed the homework 4 out of 7 days. C
  • Starting weight: 94.5 kg (208 lbs)
  • Final weight: 94.3 kg (208 lbs

Fourth and final week is done. Since last weeks didn't go so well, I decided to increase my effort this week.

  • Dietary objective #1: I had no treat days. A+ 
  • Fitness objective #1: I engaged in physical exercise on 6 days. A
  • Fitness objective #2: I did strength training only once times, but I also swam twice, which for now still sort of counts as strength training. A-
  • Level up your life objective #1: completed the homework 6 out of 7 daysB
  • Starting weight: 94.3 kg (208 lbs)
  • Final weight: 92.5 kg (204 lbs)
