Last week I got my butt in gear and hit all my workouts. This challenge I am going to keep hitting my workouts, eat appropriately, get my house work done, and stay on target. Each day I will pick a Video game character to be my goal. Today is my recovery so stretching is it. doctorake Posted May 11, 2016 Author Report Share Posted May 11, 2016 5/10 Recap Nailed it, hit everything again. Lost the first hockey game bad, 11-7. Won the second after going down 3-0 in the first period, we scored with 2 seconds left in the game to win 4-3. A minor Kirby'ing last night after hockey. Ate a can of spaghetti O's and a fried chicken breast, 2 thighs, and a leg. Overall calories were: 3,984. I can let it slid a little sine I ran for so long and also had 2 games.
