Started the 30 Days of Yoga Challenge from Yoga with Adrianne. Kicked my butt - which is sad. But we must all start somewhere. Cutting out dairy and wheat glutton t see if that improves digestion. Flying back east 7/3-7/18. Happy to see everyone but anxious about being with my parents for so long. Already found a yoga studio in town that does a 2 week trial for $25. It's the little things that are going to help me make it through.
