I've been following NF for quite a while now and decided to finally officially join up.

Today I am celebrating one month of exercise and a healthier diet (mainly paleo but I do throw in small portions of whole grains for energy) . I can now run four miles without stoping and I'm doing 50 sit-ups, push ups and dips each day in addition to playing water-polo for my uni. I can see and feel the difference and am looking forward to continue levelling up my life.
