Paleo diet, calisthenics, and walking.

Goal of <50-100g of carbs per day, <1,500 Calories per day.

Goal of cutting out processed foods and added sugars.

Green in both directions!

I was bothered that despite dieting the number on the scale was going back up but I'm perfectly ok with it going up because I've gained muscle. I'm glad I checked that. It was getting discouraging watching the number keep going up.

I'm losing way more muscle than I like but at least the fat continues to disappear.

Weight loss has slowed down a lot since I hit a healthy weight. I feel less motivated to lose it now that I'm healthy. I still have a lot of fat to go and would look way better with a large majority of it removed but it's so much easier to eat garbage food than stick to my weight loss goals. I am still going down, just slowly. Which is ok. There's nothing wrong with slow progress. I do wish I would use a little more restraint and get some more of this weight off a little quicker though.
