Green in both directions! I was bothered that despite dieting the number on the scale was going back up but I'm perfectly ok with it going up because I've gained muscle. I'm glad I checked that. SolitaryOrchid Posted April 13, 2017 Author Report Share Posted April 13, 2017 Weight loss has slowed down a lot since I hit a healthy weight. I feel less motivated to lose it now that I'm healthy. I still have a lot of fat to go and would look way better with a large majority of it removed but it's so much easier to eat garbage food than stick to my weight loss goals. I am still going down, just slowly. Which is ok. There's nothing wrong with slow progress.
