A few days off

So I took a few days off because of memorial day. I took Friday to Monday off. I then discovered over the weekend that i was having some strong heel pain. Not the best for Box jumps or Doubleunders. I finally went back yesterday and rowed in stead of ran.


It was remarkable how hard it was to drag myself back to the gym. All i wanted to do was nap on the couch but I made myself go. I'm glad I went because i don't want to fall off the wagon but it was funny that literally 5 day crated that much resistance in me.  At least we got to do  Power Cleans and Jerks.


I need to get to the point where I enjoy the working out.
