Challenge 17 part 2 : Don't Stop Me Now!

MAIN QUEST: Lose Weight Feel Great!


To hit my goal range of 125-135 and do it in a healthy way!

Goals (diet and fitness related) that will help me achieve Main Quest:

 

I feel like I just haven't made much progress at all the last 16 challenges. I keep losing and gaining the same 10 pounds lately... Not really sure how to fix this, but I just keep trying! Back story: All through high school I struggled to GAIN weight. I weighed 110 pounds all through high school. I am 5'2", so that's a "healthy" weight, but I really was way too thin and didn't have any muscle. Then I started having babies and started gaining weight. My heaviest was 219. I am at 207 now. I have managed over the years to diet myself down to 165 at the lowest, but it was a very unhealthy diet (around 500 calories a day) and I started losing my hair, so I decided I would rather be fat and have hair than to thin with no hair lol 

 

My tracking will be different this challenge. I am trying something new... I am using Zelda hearts this challenge. I thought it might be fun to change it up a little bit. I will be figuring it out as I go along... I will do weekly hearts and then average them out at the end, I guess. I will start at full hearts and change them at the end of each week!

 

1. #LoseBodyFat - I am changing things up a bit. I want to lose 4% body fat this challenge. I have researched and I THINK it's possible?? lol

Side Quest 1: #LearnLettering - I have purchased the Intermediate Learn Lettering course, and I need to DO IT! This is one of my options for a career... it's something I think I will LOVE doing, and have loved this for years. I will do this 4 days a week.

As for the last challenge, I did sort of get my life together! ;) I found a summer job at a local artisan cheese shop, and while it is hard work, it's fun too! Plus, I found a new para job in my own start for next year!! It's $4.00 more an hour, plus they have level pay so I won't have to work at all next summer unless I just want to! :)

Yea for Zelda hearts.  Are you going to break some pots to gain extras if you have an unexpected event or setback???

That would be a great idea!!! Not really sure how to earn them though... might think about that for my next challenge! :) 

 

I have been working my ass off at work. So glad yesterday was Monday. I did basically nothing, but I DID take a walk with my guys and Aspen!! So, I am counting that! One of X's coworkers died yesterday, so we were kind of just playing things by ear last night and X wanted to go for a walk, so we did. I don't think it has actually hit him yet, but I bawled my eyes out when he told me, because it is just heartbreaking. The coworker was only 50 and it was really sudden. They are thinking heart failure. X thinks of his coworkers as family and this guy was one of the nicest people I have ever known. So, it's been a rough couple of days around here. 

 

I have friends coming over tomorrow night... I think this is our first real company since moving in here other than family. So, I am cleaning my house today!! BLAH!!

I decided to change my side quests to only 4 days a week, because I feel like 7 days will get overwhelming. We had our friends over last night and it was fun but I ate way too much!! BLAH!!!

So I did work on some Copic coloring this evening. I started out with this digital stamp, penciled in the background and started coloring it. It needs so much work!! I need so much practice, but at least I'm practicing!! :)

Everything stayed the same today... I did not work out, I am so exhausted. It's ok, I needed a rest day, even though I was on my feet all day at work!! I didn't eat great... nothing too bad, just too much bread.
